This is what we call Monte Kristy's. They are turkey and (soy) cheese with avacado on sourdough dipped in egg and cooked like french toast. It is so yummy and good we have it a few times a month.

Oh my gosh, I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Monte Cristos...irrr, but Monte Kristy sounds yummy too! :) I may have to try them.
OH BTW, I don't know why, or how I always forget to tell you this, but the Fall chili recipe you shared with me back in September...we had it on the first day of Fall. Yummy! Keegan INHALES IT!
